Introduction:

The purpose of this paper is to review those decisions rendered by the Supreme Court of Canada in the time-period of January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, that involved criminal causes or matters. The key to using this paper is the index.  It has been cross-referenced so that each decision can be located by a page number based upon the subject matters considered in that decision.
